We consider the coffee shop-roaster relationship to be more than a simple transaction — instead, we work closely with our partners to optimise their coffee offering. Our measure of partnership success is when your customers have a fantastic experience drinking thechronicle Coffee.

1. Whether you want Filter, Espresso or both sent.
2. Your name, Business name and delivery address.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We offer wholesale pricing for orders from 150 € and free shipping of order from 250 €.
If you wish to order less than 150€ of goods than please send us through an email.
ROAST DAYS & DISPATCH
We roast coffee on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, the cut off being 15:00 to be included in that following day’s roast schedule.
Any and all orders received after the cut off time will be included in the next available roast schedule.
WHERE DO I ORDER?
Orders are through our distribution partner business through our Portal
DELIVERY
We dispatch all orders on Wednesday & Friday via DHL or UPS. Automated invoices follow the dispatch of your order and contain the tracking informations.
Local Berlin customers that choose ‘Local delivery’ and order before the cutoff time will receive their order via our courier on Wednesdays &/or Fridays, depending on your delivery Zone. If your order if placed after the cutoff time and you choose Local delivery we will assume that you want your order the following Week.
PAYMENT
When placing your order you will be given an option to pay with Credit Card, Paypal or GoCardless SEPA Mandat. If you would like to pay by SEPA Mandate, please contact us
