Puja Thapaliya is an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) and Co-Founder of The Chronicle.
With years of experience in coffee education, barista training, and sensory development, Puja focuses on creating learning spaces that are practical, supportive, and easy to understand. Her teaching style is hands-on and structured, helping students build confidence step by step.
She believes great coffee is not just about technique, but about understanding – and once you understand extraction and balance, everything becomes clearer and more enjoyable.
